Welcome to the main page of Abs-Kids Soccer Camp which is working in very close connection with Abs-Kids. Hopefully you have seen the Abs Kids in the News page and seen the many football photographs on there, which shows the huge passion that I have for the game. With the help of some very close contacts and friends I have recently opened my own Soccer Camp.
Where, When, What time ?
Abs Kids Soccer Camp runs every Saturday morning, at Redmoor High School, Wykin Road, Hinckley between 10am and 12pm. Boys and Girls aged between 6 to 16 are all welcome to join us and be coached by our fully qualified staff. Abs-Kids Soccer Camp offers both indoor and outdoor facilities. Boots and trainers are advised to be bought along as well as shin pads for your own child or children’s safety and protection.
How does it work ?
Programmes are suitably put into place to make sure that all who take part, learn more about the game. Even if you have never touched a football and want to learn something new then come along and take part. Abs Kids Soccer Camp helps you to meet new friends, build self-confidence and learn new skills through the professional drills that will be taught to you. We try to make it as fun, enjoyable and educational as we possibly can.
Price Plans and Costs :
All money that is All money that is paid to Abs-Kids Soccer Camp goes to help fund the Abs-kids website
and achieve updates to help many children, young people and adults deal and overcome
bullying. Before you and your child or children decide on what you would like to do then
we give a free taster session before you sign up for a programme or weekly payment.
We aim to reach the needs of everyone.
£20 for a 6 week course
£30 for a 10 week course
Also we have put a programme in place where you may prefer or find it easier to pay
£3 a week.
Information for Parents :
The courses are mainly run by myself along with my experienced coach and close friend
Simon Walker, who I met at a soccer school in Marbella,Spain.
Simon has coached at various clubs of all different levels
and has the correct qualifications CRB checks and Child Protection Certificates. Also he has
experience of coaching in the USA, Canada and Spain, which helps to bring new and exciting
drills into this country for the children to see and again develop further knowledge of the
game from. I have been working along side Simon gaining further experience and taking
sessions to hopefully become a qualified coach in the next few months, which shows that
any one wishing to become a coach can be educated through this Soccer Camp as well as
the education and experience that the children get from the game.
What can you do ?
The football school has now been open since April 2007 and has seen many regular children turning up each week to gain more trophies and certificates and most importantly to learn more about the game. However we would love to see more children and young people turn up, so we can continue expanding and making the soccer school even better.
