What to say when telling someone
If you are being bullied and want to tell someone, but your just not sure what to say. Then here's some advice on what to say when telling someone
Try to be clear about :
*What has happened
*How often it has been happening
*Who was involved
*Who saw what was happening
*Where it happened
*Whether you have done anything about it already (such as telling your friends or family or teachers)
If you find it easier then write down what has been happening or use the Abs-Kids Diary, print it out and hand it in. Sometimes telling someone can be very difficult but don't be afraid. Telling someone can turn your life around.
If you tell someone then it doesn't make you a snitch or a grass. It makes you a better person for standing up and doing something about it. Think about what it could do for you by telling someone, how much easier it would be and how much happier you would be without the bullying !
Make sure that you are clear on the facts and even if your nervous then take in a friend or parent to talk to someone about it.
