This video is based on a story of a girl who is bullied not only at school but when she is at home too. She finds it difficult to tell her parents and is petrified to open up to a teacher. However, this all changes when her school does an assembly on Abs-Kids. She goes home and has a look on the site to what it is all about. After getting some advice and telling her mum, she goes back to school the next day and stands up to the bullies. Her life changes when when she tells someone.
